Our four holiday apartments have two different sizes. The holiday apartments type A 1 and 2 can accommodate 4 - 6 people each and the apartments type 3 and 4 can accommodate 2 - 4 people each. The couch in the living area is converted into a sofa bed for the additional beds. Apartments 1 - 3 are on the 1st and 2nd floors and have a balcony. Holiday apartment 4 is on the ground floor and can be easily reached without steps.

The view through our windows is a glimpse of nature! No matter whether your eyes are on the Griessenkar or the Grafenberg, it is good for the soul. To enjoy the colors of nature and breathe the air of freedom.

Equipment of living area/kitchen:
Sofa bed, dining table with corner bench and chairs, cable TV, WiFi
Stove with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cooking pots, pans, etc.

Bathroom facilities:
Hand and shower towels, hairdryer, handsoap, WC-Paper

Room facilities:
Double bed, wardrobe, bed linen

Additional equipment:
bed linen for the sofa bed, dishtowels, hairdryer

Climate protection is/was very important to us, which is why we have had a photovoltaic system on the roof for 15 years, which provides hot water and heat in winter. This will be expanded shortly. The apartments are not equipped with air conditioning because we - in the Alps - are in the fortunate position that we have cooler temperatures at night and can therefore get optimal sleep and relaxation with the windows open.
