Wagrain is located at 850 meters above sea level, in the middle of the state of Salzburg, surrounded by mountain slopes, flowering meadows, forests and streams. The wonderful and quiet nature with its special features invites you to linger, go for a walk or Hiking. The emerald green and crystal clear Jägersee is in a very idyllic location at the end of the Kleinarl valley or above the Tappenkarsee.
Families who vacation with us like to use the Burghügel playground. Very easy to reach on foot and due to the spacious "platform" there is enough space to let off steam.
It also has a great vantage point over the town of Wagrain and the surrounding mountains.
During the summer months, various concerts and performances take place on the market square in Wagrain every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (Events & Events).
